When a custom email address is set for database agent alarm, the values are stored in a registry value names like RULENAME_NotificationSettings.
By navigating to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variables a user can search for the related registry setting, and then edit the variable.
In the bottom panel of the panel, the registry variable is listed with the topology object name (which is the database agent host and instance) and the set value. A row will be listed for each topology object.
The Value field will contain the custom email address and may look similar to this
