To resolve this issue you may try the following:
1- Validate and make sure that your service account is still member of
Reporter_Discovery_Nodes AD security group.
2- Go to Configuration > Credential Manager, select the service account and click edit, then edit password to re-enter same or new account password.

3- If your service account password length is above 40 characters, then try changing the password to a smaller length like 20 characters for example. Once you change the account password in AD open services and update the Enterprise Reporter Server service account password and restart the service. Then, open configuration manager and proceed to repeat the above step # 2 before attempting to redeploy the node.
