When trying to change the credentials in the enterprise report credential manager we get a Database Error.

The associated logs state that there is an error for invalid credentials.
Causa

A defect was identified with the credential manager when using UPN credentials.
Defect ID: 438083 - Entering UPN credentials produces error in Credential manager
Resolución

This was fixed in the latest hotfix available in the support portal
