Discovery returns error "CollecterNotFound Exception" (4377947)

Enterprise Reporter discovery returns the error "CollecterNotFound Exception" and the discovery fails.

This issue is related to Windows blocking Enterprise Reporter collectors DLL. 

This an uncommon situation and it could happen if a new DLL/patch was recently applied. 

Resolution: 

• Look for the recently applied DLL/patch. 
• Right-click on the file and select properties.
• Confirm the file is not blocked and unblock it the option is available
• Restart the service associated with the DLL (Quest ER Server service or Quest ER node service)
• After restarting the service, ensure the file is still unblocked.
