ERROR: The credentials you provided are not valid when report schedule runs.

When running a report on a schedule the following error is seen:

ERROR: The credentials you provided are not valid

If the report is run manually form the console it works fine.

Invalid credentials or password changed for the account selected to run the report schedule.

You need to re-enter the credential password under schedule. You may do this by trying the following:

1- Click the "Edit" icon (looks like a pencil) next to the schedule name on the upper right side.



2- Click on the 3 little dots next to the "Account" field. Also, update the "Start Date" to make sure the date specified is not in the past. Otherwise, your schedule won't run.



3- Click the "Edit" button.



4- Click "Edit Password" and re-enter password information and click Ok.


5- If you get a "Change successfully made" message under Status it means the password was updated correctly. You may proceed to close all windows.



The schedule should run successfully.
