Description
New updated license file for Enterprise Reporter Suite, when we try to update the license with the new file it gives an error "Invalid License: Failed to add license for product because it has already been installed."

Resolution
Delete the ProductLicenses.xml The file can be found in the folder, C:\ProgramData\Quest
Caution: If you have more than one Quest produce or another Quest product installed then edit the file and remove the section for Enterprise Reporter. Make a backup of the .HTML file before you delete it.
Install the new license.
