User account does not belong to Reporter_Reporting... groups -
Description
When logging into the Report Manager, an error message states the user is not a member of a Reporter_Reporting_Admins/Operators group, therefore, the user cannot use the Report Manager. -
Cause
Access permissions to Report Manager are managed through the Reporter_Reporting_Operators and Reporter_Reporting_Admins security groups in Active Directory. User account being used is not a member of any of these groups. -
Resolution
Add the affected accounts to the Reporter_Reporting_Operators or Reporter_Reporting_Admins group on Active Directory. These are the default names for the groups, you may have changed these names, make sure you know the correct group names for your environment.
