Report Manager crash after upgrade with a Cron Error (4224224)

Report Manager may crash after an upgrade from Enterprise Reporter 3.1 and below to 3.2 and above. After the crash, the Report Manager logs contains an error similar to:

“Error was: Increment > 31 : 91 ---> System.FormatException: Increment > 31 : 91”

1. Manually change the database columns/rows as follows:
   1. Please adjust all entries in the table tblSchedule and its CronExpression Column.
      Look for a cron expression where the fraction style number contains a denominator greater than 31 and change the denominator to 31 or less.
      For "example" -Expression="2020-10-21 15:07:43Z@43 7 15 1/60 * ?" EveryNDay="60" to Expression="2020-10-21 15:07:43Z@43 7 15 1/30 * ?" EveryNDay="30"
   2. Also adjust all entries in table dbo.QRTZ_CRON_TRIGGERS under cron_expression column for example 0 0 6 1/60 * ? to 0 0 6 1/30 * ? changing once every 60 days to once every 31 days or below
2. Before an upgrade from 3.1 and  below, Change any schedule trigger  in both Configuration and Report Manager to use less than 31 days. Especially daily triggers like once every 60 days to once every 30 days.
