When Attempting to Install the License File a Error is Received? -
Description
I tried to install the license file and received an error.ErrorGeneral Error or validity license file DR"series"-XXX-XXX-XXX.dlv on DR Series.AlertNo matching global declaration available for the validation root. License file could not be validated against license schema. -
Cause
DLV license is the format for the Quest-issued licenses. Requires DR OS version minimum 3.2.6.2 -
Resolution
Customers will need to update the system to 3.2.6.2 or later in order for the DR Unit to accept the Quest .dlv license format.
For the latest software version download, visit https://support.quest.com/dr-series/DR4100/download-new-releases In the drop down select the correct DR series for your system.
Please review the release notes prior to upgrading.
Additionally, if upgrading to 4.0.x from 3.2.x be aware the GUI has been redesigned.
