Beschreibung

When you choose a savepoint for FLR, it loads fine, you can see all the volumes, but some folders that should have files in them, show as empty.
Ursache

During FLR, the savepoint is loaded into the local profile of the logged in user. This logged in user may not have full rights to see every file in every folder of the VM that was backed up. The savepoint will assume rights from the profile of the logged in user. For instance, there are probably very few people who have access to folders from the Payroll dept.
Lösung

Log into vRanger with a Domain Admin account or another user account who will have explicit access to all the folders or at least the folder that you need to restore data from. Once you log in with a user account that has this access and you should be able to see the data that you are looking for.
