Error selecting Space Management | Calculate Space option for a table: "Index was out of range. M (4268691)

In Toad, right-clicking on table name  and selecting  Space Management | Calculate Space option results in the  following  error:
Exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException
Message : Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
