Following AWS regions have not been tested:

GovCloud (US-East)
AWS GovCloud (US)
China (Beijing)
China (Ningxia)

FOG-4605 Azure Gov Cloud domains are not supported.
FOG-4612 Microsoft Azure EA cost collections are no longer supported due to Microsoft Azure EA API is being deprecated.
