Customers report Users unable to view connections even though he specifically granted, the AD group this user belong to, access via the "Manage access to Spotlight connections"
Ursache

Blacklist definitions mismatch on the user configuration files.
Lösung
WORKAROUND:
1. Verify the folder below:
  C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\USER
2. Inspect every credential xml file, search for the connection(s) the user is unable to see.
3. Go to configure > Spotlight > "Manage access to Spotlight connections" and verify if this matches what was found on the xml files.
4. Remove any connection reference that does not match.
