Publications.sql returns error "subquery returned more than 1 value".
This happens when there is more than 1 log reader with the same database name on the same distribution.
Ursache

Spotlight on SQL Server file Procedure\replication\2005\Publications.sql should have an additional filter
Lösung
WORKAROUND
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Dell or Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Package\replication\2005
2. Back up Publications.sql file
3. Replace it by the file attached at the knowledge article

Issue fixed in version 12.0. The latest version of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.can be downloaded here
