Communication with the license portal failed. This could have several causes, including the following:
- The license portal may be experiencing heavy load
- Your ISP may be having an issue
- A firewall rule has been added or changed
Note: There is a 10 day grace period during which your license will continue to work. Please contact Quest Software Inc Support if this failure continues.
Core logs shows also the following causes:
(0x80131500) ---> System.Transactions.TransactionAbortedException depth 1: The transaction has aborted.
(0x80131501) ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException depth 2: The COMMIT TRANSACTION request has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION.
