To access the Core Console, License Portal, and Central Management Console (later replaced by QorePortal), a supported web browser must be used. While any of these items may display on unsupported web browsers, functionality cannot be guaranteed. For a list of fully supported web browsers, please revise the section below.

- Chrome is the preferred browser for Core Console, License Portal, and Central Management Console/QorePortal.
- If using Internet Explorer, Compatibility Mode must be disabled:
- In Internet Explorer, click Compatibility View settings on the Tools menu.
- In Compatibility View Settings window, uncheck:
- Display intranet sites in Compatibility View
- Use Microsoft compatibility lists
- Click Close.
- It is recommended to use the most recent version of whichever browser is chosen to be used.
