Errors received in the Mail Source Agent log file and no mail is being synchronized:
"CLicense::LicenseMailbox Error -2147024891 Access is denied."
"CBaseApp::CheckLicence Error 4719 No license for mailbox 'legacyexchangeDN'"
Insufficient rights of the Service Account used by the Mail Source Agent (MSA) when accessing the Console Computer or another License Server.
During the initial processing of the source e-mail accounts, the MSA accesses the registry of the License Server to obtain the correct licensing information in order to function. The licensing information is held within the registry of the License Server. This License Server is by default the Quest Migration Manager (QMM) Console. The Source Service Account must either be granted rights to view this registry or QMM can be configured to use a NET use command when accessing the computer.
1. Stop the Agents before performing the following tasks.
2. Choose one of the following options:
A. To use the NET use option, go to the QMM Console, on the Exchange Data Tab, choose Tools | Options | General | License | Add an account that has rights to the registry of the License Server.
or
B. Add the appropriate rights so the Service Account can view the registry. This can be done by adding the Source Service Account to the local Administrators groups on the console or license server.
