When doing a restore to a Public Folder, the original timestamp is not restored but a current time stamp is used.
WORKAROUND:
Recovery Manager for Exchange v2.1.444.1 cannot set up correct timestamp when restoring to public folder because of Messaging API limitation. It seems such restoration of original date is not supported by Microsoft.
STATUS:
