When attempting to run the Directory Exporter the following error may be received:
"Program: ...t Software GroupWise Migrator for Exchange_gwdirapp.exe"

Although the GroupWise address book can opened without error or prompt, this issue still occurs and the resulting Addresstranslation.csv file has considerably less entries than the report says it has added.
Other Symptoms:
Nothing changes when running the tool a few times, if the addresstranslation.csv file is removed or renamed then an error may come up saying "Addresstranslation.csv is empty".
This issue has been seen when using the 7.0.1 or 7.0.2 version of the GroupWise client in conjunction with Quest GroupWise Migrator for Exchange tool.
Downgrade the Groupwise client to 7.0 and the translation table should be successfully created.
To downgrade the client, please uninstall the current one and then install the 7.0 version of the GroupWise client.
