Symptoms:
The error appears when you try to request a Long Term Check Out and has not been enabled.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, please reach out to technical support to enable up to a 7-day LTCO.
Note: Once you check out a license we will not be able to release it on our end. You will need to return it by going to Help -> Licensing -> Return or wait until the date expires.
