How to Prevent Asset Deletion -

The 10.0 version of the System Management Appliance (SMA) includes the option to prevent non-administrators to delete assets. This article explains how to configure this option in the SMA. This option is turned off by default. Only administrators can configure this option.

Lösung
Note: When this option is enabled Only users with the build-in Administrator role will be able to delete assets.
The steps to configure it are the following:
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Go to Asset Management | Asset Types.
- Click on the Asset type to restrict.
- Click to enable the "Restrict Delete to built-in Administrator Role" option.
