Foglight Management Server (FMS) cannot start.
1. If installed as a Service it will remain in a 'Starting' state.
2 If starting FMS from command line using "fms" command displays the message:
C:\Quest_Software\Foglight\bin>fms
2008-06-26 13:33:15.000 ERROR [native] Unable to load Java VM shared library to
start JVM: The specified module could not be found.
2008-06-26 13:33:15.000 FATAL [native] Unable to start Java VM for Foglight
Management Server, shutting down.
Could not reserve enough space for object heap

2008-08-07 17:17:00.000 INFO [native] Attempting to start the Java VM without
the -XX:+UseAltSigs option

Management Server, shutting down.
If Foglight was started as a Service it will hang and display it is in a 'Starting' state however there are no Management Server logs generated under FGLHOME\logs.
Server hosting FMS is out of memory, confirm the server memory and get it increased to be able to handle the load.
Confirm the allocated memory on the server hosting FMS can handle the load. Look at increasing the memory on the box to handle the load.
