Security Explorer is installed and no errors are reported however when a user attempts to grant permissions for a Site Collection they receive the error "Error: The specified module could not be found"

The cause is most likely to corrupted or missing DLL's caused by the installation being completed without sufficient permissions to the local server.
When running the executable to install Security Explorer ensure the user account:
