When trying to connect to the database with Spotlight, the following error appears:
'ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred'
RESOLUTION 1:
Ensure the connection alias is correct.
RESOLUTION 2:
Check that the Oracle Client path is first in the list of the Windows PATH Environment Variable.
