If the monitored DB2 server host is either DB2 v9.7.0.10 or v9.7.0.11, the following metrics will be displayed as n/a in SQL Performance

Workload related metrics
- Memory Wait
- Memory Wait Rule
- PureScale Wait
- PureScale Wait Rate
- Total CPU Wait
Top SQL Statement metrics
- Memory Wait (seconds)
- PureScale Wait (seconds)
