Open the Desktop Authority Manager Console.
The procedure varies according to the product version due to changed in the user interface.
For Desktop Authority versions from 7.x through 8.x:
- Select File.
- Click on Queue Update of Client Files.
- Select "Yes" when prompted.
- Click on File | Save changes, then File | Replicate Changes.
- Select "Yes" when prompted.
For Desktop Authority versions 9.x:
- Select the drop down next to the Replicate button (in the lower left corner, click on the arrow that points down) and select Update Client Files.
- Click on "Yes" when prompted.
- Select the Replicate button located in the lower left corner.
- Click on "Yes" when prompted.
- Replication will have to complete on all domain controllers to update client files.
For Desktop Authority versions 10.x and later:
- Select the drop down next to the Replicate button (in the lower left corner, click on the arrow that points down) and select: "Force an update of the local Desktop Authority folder on clients".
- Click on "Yes" when prompted.
- Select the Replicate button located in the lower left corner.
- Click on "Yes" when prompted.
- Replication will have to complete on all domain controllers to update client files.
Desktop Authority should show licensed at next login.
