When trying to close a ticket from the ticket list page by clicking on the checkbox next to it | Choose Action | Set Status To | Closed (or any other status that indicates it is closed) it instead shows the error: "An error occurred while processing your request."
Going to Settings | Logs | K1000 Log, the following error will be shown:
KBOX [info] {KTicket}: SAT_SURVEY is not a member variableArray
Followed by a very long array error.
A work around for this issue is to go into: Service Desk | Configuration | Queues | Select the Queue | Customize Fields and Layout | SAT_SURVEY. Set Required to: Not Required.
Then it's possible to close tickets on bulk. Once finished, set SAT_SURVEY back to what it was set before.
UPDATE: This has been fixed with the release of 13.0. The upgrade file can be obtained here. Remember that as a new requirement, 8GB of RAM is needed in order to upgrade. More details are available on the release notes on the downloads page.
