Intrust Deployment Manger will not load Collections (4348877)

The problem is likely related to the existence of an entry in the Intrust_cfg_db that indicates that an old "retired" server is still an active InTrust server.

1. Stop the InTrust services on all InTrust servers
2. Make a backup of the InTrust_cfg_db
3. Follow the instructions in the KB article below to remove the invalid row entries from the [dbo].[ADCServer] table in the InTrust_cfg_db using the adcremoveserver.exe utility, be careful to leave rows that have valid InTrust server entries.  You should see the InTrust server names listed in the [NAME] column:

4. Once any invalid rows are removed, restart the InTrust services on all servers and see if the deployment manager is working properly again.
