When changing the "Distinguished name..." field of the LDAP configuration dashboard (Administration | User & Security Management | Configure Directory Services) the following error appears "Configuration not saved" and the change cannot be saved.
Make sure this field contains the correct values taken directly from LDAP such as CN=YourName, OU=YourOU, DC=YourDomain, DC=YourSuffix, DC=Your.com
Once the field is set properly, it should be possible to save the change.
If it still cannot be saved please check this value using "adsiedit.msc" or make sure there are no ports being blocked on the LDAP server.
