Receiving errors in management server logs, is this a problem? What does it mean?

When there is no data, some rules throw warning messages because it's expecting a boolean value when it is null, i.e. no data.
JEE-7521 bug filed Rules throw error Expected script return value is Boolean, received :null.
Has effected some rules such as
WebSphere Local Timeouts
WebSphere Global Timeouts
Basically because there is no new data, we need to have the keyword “return” in the front of the condition so you do not receive the ERROR message in your log.
i.e., for both the WebSphere Local Timeouts Rule you would change the condition from
#LocalTimeoutCountLastInterval#>0
to
return #LocalTimeoutCountLastInterval#>0
