Customer has changed the port for a monitored named instance from dynamic port assignment to a static port and is now unable to connect to the instance in the Connection Details area
When attempting to administer the connection details and customer is not able to edit the port for the instance.
The Connection Details panel pulls the port information from the agent properties.
