Cannot enable Cartridge due to error: Cannot invoke method getName() on null objectobject

WARN [main] com.quest.common.util.HostUtils - It is possible that the /etc/hosts file on this system is misconfigured. The hostname appears to be mapped to a localhost address (127.*), but the name is not "localhost". The real name of this machine should not be mapped to any variant of "localhost".

Workaround:

1. Stop the FMS
   <FMS home>/bin/fms -q
2. Modify the /etc/hosts entry
   a.  vi /etc/hosts
        i) Remove the <hostname> that's associated to the localhost field
            example: 127.0.0.1 fms1.yourdomain.com localhost 
               1)remove fms1.yourdomain.com
       ii) Insert in a new line in /etc/hosts
               2)<ip of host> fms1.yourdomain.com
   b.  save and start FMS
        <FMS home>/bin/fms -d
3. Enable the Infrastructure Cartridge
   Dashboards| Administration| Cartridges| Cartridge Inventory
   1.  Locate the Infrastructure cartridge
       a.  Check the box associated with the cartridge and click "Enable"
