Items addressed in this update:
• GPO Comparison report does not show GPO links if the first GPO in the report is not linked
• Cannot configure an SQL configuration store if the fqdn for the instance does not exist in AD
• Customers with only read permission can copy/paste GPOs
• Viewing properties on a newly copied GPO crashes the GPOADmin console
• Post failed deployment custom actions do not trigger
• Difference reports fail when a certificate with single quote in the name in "Issued To" is part of the GPO
• Deleting a group with a root container assignment set gives and exception rather than a warning
• Synchronizations fail after deployment if too many synchronization targets have been set and custom actions have been set on synchronization
• GPOADmin service stops unexpectedly during custom workflow action
• PolicyBase.ValidateContents is reading UTF8 encoded files as ASCII which does not support non-ascii characters
• When updating the Timeout value in the "Set Synchronization Targets" dialog the save button is not enabled
