When running a Copy action in ControlPoint, it fails with the "There is not enough space on the disk" error message.
The issue occurs when there is not enough temporary disk space on the file server drive that has been selected during the configuration of the Copy action, or the TEMP directory the operating system (OS) uses.
Before starting the Copy action, ensure that the following have sufficient disk space:
Also, in the ControlPoint Copy Advanced Settings, uncheck the Compress option as this is using a Windows compression and writes to the C drive by default.
