We have a user ‘<user@sourcedomain.com>’ who has multiple matches. The current user has a UPN on ‘user@targetdomain.com’ in our AD but I think P365 has ‘user1@targetdomain.com
Found multiple target users with ids: 1234568,01234562, UPNs:user@targetdomain.com, user@targetdomain.com.
How do we fix this?
This can be corrected by following the steps to manually match the user(s) to the correct target user object(s). Click this link to our online documentation: How to clear a mismatched target account or copy and paste this link into the browser address field https://support.quest.com/technical-documents/binary-tree-power365/current/help-center/updating-mismatched-users
Once the user is matched proceed to the next step.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact product support to run remediation to remove the back-end records from SQL
