Located in the Project Dashboard under the User details view, the Update feature can be used to correct mismatched source and target accounts. If the source user(s) has been matched to the incorrect target user follow these steps to first un-match the user(s) then rematch a user(s) to the proper target account(s) using a CSV file.
- When preparing the CSV file, leave the Target UPN column values blank. The Migration Wave and Profile Name are optional.
- Click the Update action.
- Click the Select File action.
- Select the CSV then Click Open.
- Click Next if upload is successful.
- Click Finish.
Once this process is complete, the user(s) uploaded will no longer have a status of Match and their Target will be blank in the Users view.
