Statistics of messages processed is incorrect after Exchange Utility reconstruct messages runs.

In the title bar of the Exchange Utility the time and number of items processed is displayed, along with the number of messages processed per/sec and per/min. If a user runs the unstubber a second time, the time is reset but the number of messages is not, which skews the number of messages processed per/sec and per/min.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Strip some messages in Exchange.
2) In the Exchange Utility, unstrip the messages.
3) Calculate the number of messages processed per/sec and per/min. Verify the number is correct.
4) Do not close the Exchange Utility. Restrip the messages in Exchange.
5) In the Exchange Utility, unstrip the messages again. Note the time field is reset to 0 and the items field is not reset.
6) Calculate the number of messages processed per/sec and per/min. Validate the correctness of the numbers.
