When using the PST Importer to import multiple PST files into the Archive, the PST Importer sometimes does not move on to the next PST to be processed. It does not display any errors on the screen and the wlogs that it creates for the previous PST files are all error free.
This can be caused by trying to access the PST files in a remote location as the PST Importer will stop functioning if there is any packet loss during transfer.
Copy the PST files to a local drive or install the PST Importer (and prerequisites) on the machine where the PST files are located.
