When using Outlook 2007 SP2 with Archive Manager Form, if the reading pane is turned on, outlook client could crash when viewing a stripped message.
Below error shows in Application Event:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6423.1000, stamp 49b08185, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.762, stamp 45712238, debug? 0, fault address 0x000151ba.
This is due to Hotfix KB961752 that was included in the SP2 release for Outlook 2007.
Microsoft has released hotfix 970944 to address this issue on June 30, 2009.

Additionally, the 3 workarounds below are provided in the event that you require a workaround for this issue prior to implementing the above hotfix.
WORKAROUND 1
Turn the reading pane off in outlook.
WORKAROUND 2
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that can damage the operating system and the software installed. Quest cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Before making any modifications please backup the registry.
Add registry key to disable the form on workstation. Users would get a link to access stripped messages from Archive Manager Website.

WORKAROUND 3
Remove the AfterMail form from Organization Forms library. Users would get a link to access stripped messages from Archive Manager Website.
1. Create an outlook profile for an account which has owner permission at Organization Forms folder.
2. Open the Outlook profile
3. Go to the Tools menu and click Options.
4. Select the Other tab.
5. Click Advanced Options.
6. Click Custom Forms.
7. Click Manage Forms.
8. On the left side of the dialog box, press the Set button.
9. Click Forms Library and select Organization Forms. Then click OK.
10.Select AfterMail in the listbox
11.Click the Delete button.
12.Click OK to confirm deletion.
