After installing 4.0.5 Hotfix 4. The event log is full of errors like:

As soon as 1 message comes in, all of Full Text Index workers get activated. If the settings allow 32 workers and only 2 messages come into the queue, the 30 remaining workers will log errors as they had no work to do.
1. Open Configuration Editor
2. Click General Items
3. Edit Full Text Index Max Message Workers so that it is now set to 1
4. Save changes
5. Restart the Archive Full Text Index Service
