Hi, I’ve already performed the requested upgrade and are still getting the errors, however when looking through the logs it is not obvious what the error actually relates to. There is also then still the issue I’ve reported with it freezing. I can’t surely be expected to check the server every day to ensure the script hasn’t frozen and get it going again? Attached are a couple of screenshots, as you can see there’s a big time jump between activity, this is where I’ve logged into the server and seen there’s no activity for some time, hitting enter in the script window gets it going again. Not so bad if I check every few hours but if I don’t check it for a few days then that’s a lot of emails not processed it then has to try and catch up with which then takes days to do. I’d therefore ask that this case is un archived as it is not resolved.
