This article explains how to increase a number of messages to be processed at one time by Archive Manager Dataloader service
The Dataloader service works by moving through each item in the list (the view on the Dataloaders Admin screen), and processing 0 to n messages, when n defaults to 2500. n can be changed by adding/setting "Dataload Max Process Rows" to another number in the Configuration editor.
