I need to delete a single email from a users mailbox. -
Resolution
1. Create a unique string message Tag.
2. Run a search for the message on the users mailbox
3. Tag the message with the one you created in step 1.
4. With in the Retention Policy Editor Add Delete Policy
5. Change the Delete After to 1 day.
6. Change the Only Items with in and select the mailbox that has the message
7. Change the Items Tagged with and select the unique tag you created in step
8. Select Save.
