When using Exchange utility to reconstruct stripped message the following error is seen:
MAPI.Recovery Error in Message unstub undo
Error: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Unspecified error

This kind of error occurs when non exchange mailbox ends up in the list of mailboxes, regardless of if it is being processed or not.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
- In the Exchange Utility to reconstruct messages, select individual mailboxes via the login option of the mailbox selector.
STATUS
- Waiting for a fix in the future release of Archive Manager
