Description
This error can happen if the pai_module.dll file is not present on the webserver or the location in which it is saved is not included in the PATH statement.

Resolution
Update your PATH statement to include the directory where the pai_module.dll file is located. Or, simply copy the pai_module.dll file into a location already in the PATH such as C:\Windows\System32
