A User from two different AD domains with same user ID, (example: smithc). These two users have two distinct email addresses, however one of these users always has its email address overwritten with first user email address.
example:
smithc@company.org and smithc@quest.company.amer.us
the second one has email address changed back to dell.org
Issue is related to matching samAccountNames in both domains.
WORKAROUND
1. Log into the Archive Manager website.
2. Go to the Administration console.
3. Go to Mailboxes.
4. Uncheck 'Enable Store Manager' for the mailboxes that are having the issue.
