Why is the Retention Policy unable to delete certain emails by attachment filename?
Cause

Retention Policy does not delete emails by attachment filename.
Resolution

This is expected behaviour. Retention Policy only searches for messages and deletes the message including attachment if no other messages references the same attachment.
