Archive Manager Data Load Service error "System ArgumentOutOfRangeException Length cannot be less than zero" occurs after upgrading to Archive Manager 3.7.
This is caused if an Exclusion Rule has a single * in the To or From address field.
WORKAROUND
Remove the single * from the rule or change it to *.* or *@* so there is something for the code to parse.
STATUS
CR ST39330 has been raised by development to address this in a future release of Archive Manager.
