Resolution
In the Archive Manager Administration website, Under Reports click Mailbox Scan Status.For "Last Scan" select Failed, For "Scan Enabled" select Ture,Click Search.Check the mailboxs that are returned,Click "Runs at Current Status" twice to arrange put the mailboxes that have failed the most at the top.Check the "Select Page" check box to select all mailboxes on the page.Then click disable scan to disable the scan for all.
