Reply, Forward, Send to Me buttons are not visible in the browser (4268602)

When a opening an archived email from Outlook, in the standard This message has been archived, please click here to view the message, the Reply, Forward, Send to Me etc. options are not visible in the browser.

This issue happens within Outlook when accessing a Stub Message or when opening a message from the Archive Manager website

WORKAROUND:

1. In the AM Website Administration Console, go to Logins and verify the Security Role assigned to the user
2. Go to Security Roles then select the security role that corresponds to the user and verifies if the Reply and Forward security actions are assigned
3. If those security actions are missing, assign them to the security role
4. If the security actions are assigned, try assigning a different security role and then assign the original role back
5. Close the browser and try again opening the same archived email to see if the buttons appear now

WORKAROUND 2

1. Open Internet Explorer/MS Edge/Chrome/Mozilla and navigate to the Archive Manager Website and Authenticate first
2. Open the Stubbed Message in Outlook, you should see the Reply button now visible
